School Prospectus Design

At Education Design and Print we have been working in partnership with a number of schools to create, print and delivery their school prospectus for more than 10 years. If you are looking at redesigning your prospectus or refreshing the publication we can offer you our bespoke design service. We price our design based on number of pages and how much you expect to change the publication. We ask you to supply the text and images and we will format.

• Proof reading the document if required

• Printing the publication according to the number of units needed

• Additional inserts e.g. feedback or invitation cards or school maps etc

Our Process

We offer a free consultation and quotation for you as part of our service so you can understand both our process to achieve the prospectus you want. We also will detail the likely hours it will take us to produce it, deadlines and print schedule to deliver your publication.  If it’s going to be a redesign we suggest make contact with us at least 4 weeks before the publication is needed. We are very much aware that schools run on tight schedules but these documents can’t be rushed and often require a number of staff to check, double check before they are signed off. If you have a rush service need to produce and print your publication we will happily support you but it’s not our preferred method.

Proofing and Signing off your publication

We will send you as many proofs of the publication as required and make all the necessary changes you need. Some proofing comes to us as word document changes but our preference is for you to highlight the changes within the pdf as comments, edits for us to make. That way we can track all the changes quicker and more efficiently.

Printing

We have a special relationship with an exceptional printer that can deliver the quality and quantity of publications you may want. For cheaper productions we advise using a straight digital format print in CYMK. If you want the extra special finish a pantone colour run through a lithographic process adds a high-quality finish for your prospectus. This does require a couple more extra days printing. We advise this is you want that extra quality and have around 400 plus publications to produce.  In all cases we can quote for both processes if you want to compare cost.
